Children's Centre Practionioner
Fixed Term until March 2011
Grade 5, SCP 19 - 22, £17,574 - £19,370 per annum, actual salary

Hours: 37 per week, full year

A unique opportunity has arisen to support the delivery of the Children's Centre and extended schools services with Clifton Children's Centre and Mersey Primary School.

Have you:
* Experience working in partnership with children, young people, their families and other agencies?
* Commitment to provide services in response to families' needs and the every child matters framework?
* Vision, energy, initiative and good communication skills?
* Level 3 qualification in social care, education, health, early years, youth or community work?
